Questions
Do I have to take Grow?
No. The Build handover includes everything you need to run the system yourself. Grow is for teams that want us to watch it and keep making it better.
What does running the system cost?
Usage costs for AI models and hosting are separate from the fixed price. We agree the setup and billing with you during the Build. Grow is our service on top of that.
Can I pause or stop?
Yes. The conditions are set out in the agreement, and we keep them plain and fair.
What is an incident, and what is an improvement?
An incident is when something does not work as agreed. We fix that as part of Grow. An improvement is a new wish or an addition. Small ones are part of Grow; bigger ones we plan and price separately, so you decide.
