This site is run by BSG Studios B.V., based in The Hague, the Netherlands. If you have any question about your data, email us at hello@bsg-studios.com and we'll answer.

Our contact form asks for your name, your email address and your message, plus two optional fields: your company and your phone number. The form also contains one hidden anti-spam field and a simple timing check, which together help us tell real visitors from spam scripts. The hidden field is meant to stay empty (some browsers fill it by accident, which is fine), and the timing check measures how long the page was open before you pressed send. Neither is stored or used for anything other than spam filtering. Apart from those two checks, we only receive what you type in yourself.

Submissions are stored in our database, hosted with Supabase inside the EU. We also receive each submission as an email, and you get a short confirmation email; both are sent through Resend, our email provider, a company based in the United States. So when we say this site is EU-hosted, that describes where the site and the database run. It is not a promise that your data never touches a service outside the EU.

We use what you send for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or use it to build a profile of you.

Nothing you send through this contact form is fed to an AI model. The agent systems we build and run do use AI models from Anthropic and OpenAI; that traffic is processed by those providers in the United States, under standard contractual clauses (SCCs): the EU's standard legal safeguard for data handled by providers outside the EU.

We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then remove them.

Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Email hello@bsg-studios.com and we'll act on your request. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

This site doesn't run advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies, and we don't follow you around the web. What you see is a plain site with a contact form. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous, cookie-free page statistics, so no personal data is stored.
